Art, music, performance, talks, food and a lot more. GOA OPEN ARTS festival is a new artist-driven program to galvanise the creative community of Goa. The festival will be an addition to Goa’s cultural calendar and will contribute towards establishing it as an artistic hub of India.

The Goa Open Arts festival seeks to be an all-inclusive platform and welcomes participation
from first-time artists and makers from across the creative arts. The festival will provide a
platform for artistic expression and experimentation to established as well as upcoming arts
practitioners. With a focus on community building, local impact and bringing awareness to social
issues, the inaugural Goa Open Arts festival will host a parallel program of activities which
highlight issues of sustainability and environmental impact. This subjects will be addressed
through specially commissioned artworks, programs with children from the local community, and
public talks and panel discussions.
